MODIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O NO REGULAMENTO DO ICMS (RICMS)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alt. 5996\u00a0–\u00a0<\/strong>Lei Complementar Federal n\u00ba 192\/22, A\u00e7\u00e3o Direta de Inconstitucionalidade n\u00ba 7164, Convs. ICMS 82\/22 e 157\/22\u00a0–\u00a0Prorroga, at\u00e9 31\/12\/22, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e9dia m\u00f3vel dos pre\u00e7os m\u00e9dios praticados ao consumidor final nos 60 (sessenta) meses anteriores \u00e0 sua fixa\u00e7\u00e3o como base de c\u00e1lculo do ICMS para fins de d\u00e9bito de responsabilidade por substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es gasolina automotiva comum – GAC, gasolina automotiva premium – GAP, g\u00e1s liquefeito de petr\u00f3leo – GLP\/P13 e GLP.\u00a0(Lv.
