MODIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O NO REGULAMENTO DO ICMS (RICMS)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alt. 6705 –<\/strong> Conv. ICMS 190\/17, cl. 13\u00aa – Realiza ajuste t\u00e9cnico para corrigir refer\u00eancias no dispositivo que concede, no per\u00edodo de 01\/01\/26 a 31\/12\/28, cr\u00e9dito fiscal presumido de ICMS, aos centros de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o pertencentes a empresa industrial, em montante equivalente a 27% da al\u00edquota incidente sobre o valor das sa\u00eddas de mercadorias classificadas nos c\u00f3digos 3302.90.91, 3302.90.99, 3304.30.00, 3304.99.90, 3305.10.00, 3305.30.00, 3305.90.00, 3307.10.00, 3307.20.10, 3307.20.90, 3307.49.00, 3307.90.00, 3401.20.90 e 3401.30.00 da NBM\/SH-NCM, produzidas pela pr\u00f3pria empresa neste Estado.
