Alt. 6724 –<\/strong> Lei n\u00ba 8.820\/89, art. 23, II, “s” e “t” – Regulamenta hip\u00f3teses de transfer\u00eancia de saldo credor acumulado de ICMS, a outros contribuintes deste Estado, por estabelecimento fabricante de celulose, quando decorrente de cr\u00e9dito fiscal presumido, e por estabelecimento industrial, relativo aos cr\u00e9ditos de aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es de ferro fundido utilizado no processo industrial.
